IMPORTANCE OF BUSINESS ETHICS

In the world of business, ETHICS are extremely important, because they mark the way the world of commerce should behave, in or outside a company.

Determining the guidelines of the buisness world avoids it becoming a mess, with no limits. Because in business, it is not only about knowing monetary values or how to perform a purchase, but also about knowing how to follow guidelines that will lead to success.

These guidelines a company must follow will generally be oriented to better external relations, however, it is not less important that the members of that company, have their own ETHICS in order to provide a better organization and development.

If a company´s ETHICS are not right, or are not being correctly apllied, it may get in severe trouble, with externals and inside the company as well. As the following recent example that has caused shock worldwide:

Business ETHICS are a code that must be well known in every company, but well aplied as well.

ETHICS

Certain people act in certain ways, any of us may have the same reaction towards a situation, because we are all individuals that are different one from the other. Our world is too big, and we are too many, and each one with a different context, perception and even a different moral. But to avoid our discrepancies become social caos, societies all around the world, ever since the man has existed, have created codes to guide our behavior.

In our actual societies, apart from the constitutional laws, we have the ETHICS, which are a set of morals and principles  designed with the purpose of  leading the societies towards common benefit. These may vary for example, according to a profession, such as medical ethics, where the code a doctor has to follow oriantates him to help and serve.

Ethics have a mayor importance in our daily lives, and knowing what they are, and practicing them according to our social roll will improve our world´s decadent actual condition.
